Frequently Asked Questions
Creating a profile, browsing, and liking profiles is free. Sending messages and super likes require credits, which can be purchased in our credits store.
Credits are the in-app currency used to send messages and super likes. You receive some free credits when you sign up, and can purchase more anytime from the Credits page.
When you like someone and they like you back, it's a match! You'll both receive a notification and can start chatting immediately.
A Super Like (5 credits) lets the other person know you're especially interested. It stands out from regular likes and can increase your chances of matching.
Go to the Verification page from your profile menu. You'll be asked to take a photo matching a specific pose. Our team reviews it to confirm your identity. Verified profiles get a blue checkmark badge.
The cost per message depends on your credit package. The default is 5 credits per message, but some packages offer lower per-message rates.
Yes! Visit the "Likes" page to see who has liked your profile. Viewing likes costs 5 credits per reveal.
You can report or block a user from their profile page or from within a chat conversation using the menu (three dots icon). Blocked users won't be able to see or message you.
Yes. Go to Settings (Edit Profile) and scroll to the "Your Data & Privacy" section. You can export your data or permanently delete your account.
Go to your profile settings and use the "Change Password" option. You'll need to enter your current password and choose a new one.
We take privacy seriously. Your data is protected and you have full control over it. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Only registered, verified-email members can see your profile. Admin users do not appear in discover. You can also block specific users to prevent them from seeing you.
