EuroDateAfrica uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased for real money and are used to access certain features such as messaging. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time. Unused credits will expire if your account is terminated for violating these terms.

6. Content and Photos

You retain ownership of content you post. By uploading content, you grant EuroDateAfrica a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You must not upload content that you do not have the right to share, that depicts minors, or that is sexually explicit.

7. Profile Verification

Verification is optional and confirms that your profile photos match your real appearance. A verified badge does not constitute an endorsement by EuroDateAfrica. We are not responsible for the behavior of verified users.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

EuroDateAfrica is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any user information is accurate. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroDateAfrica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
